I entered this field because I want to provide a safe and accepting place for people to share their stories and seek help with the difficulties that are impacting their lives. I truly appreciate understanding client’s perspectives and helping them move toward mutually established therapeutic goals.
My treatment orientation integrates Cognitive-Behavioral, Acceptance and Commitment, Mindfulness-Based, and a Systemic approach and is individualized based on the needs of each client.
My areas of specialty include but are not limited to:
- Individuals experiencing anxiety such as generalized anxiety, social anxiety, and phobias.
- Individuals and couples impacted by sexual difficulties such as female orgasmic disorder, vulvodynia, and erectile dysfunction.
- Individual struggling with life transition and/or making decisions about the path they would like to take with relationships and more.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and a member of the American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors and Therapists (AASECT). I received my Master of Science Degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in Mental Health Counseling. I have also completed a post graduate education program in Sex Therapy at Council for Relationships.

Rates
Fee: $120-$150. Eligible for out of network reimbursement.
